This is the journey of Link in Legend of Zelda (the first game). I have played some of the later games but I had never gone back to play the first before.  There is nothing quite like playing a game for the first time. I tend to binge play games and I wanted to slow myself down, really savor the experience of being able to meet this classic game on its own terms.

I have some rules for myself. No looking things up on the internet. I can looks at the original booklet that came with it, but I’ll be avoiding that until after the first and second temples have been played because it appears to spoil there locations. I started to look though,  which is why you will notice I am using some of the real names for monsters and not for others.

This is a personal project. I am not the best player or the worst. This is merely my first experience of this wonderful game.
