More exploration of the eastern seaboard. Is that heart what the sage was talking about?

Another day attempting to explore the eastern shore. I make it farther north. There is an impressive heart on a dock that I cannot get to.  I must escape the beasts before I die, only to encounter shoreline that looks identical, pier and all… but no heart? Puzzling this quasi duplication, I fade into oblivion.
